For a better experience, while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Camera. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The "Odysia" app contains user login, and therefore does collect an email address and a username the user chooses.
The "Odysia" app can use/collect images from the users phone, but only the images the users select themselves.

In general, Peasoup ApS do not collect user data (except for the app "Odysia". See Purpose of data collection - Odysia). Only data leaving our apps are through third parties (see the list in Information Collection and Use) and is mainly for crash reporting etc. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information.​

The "Odysia" app collects analytics data to ensure and improve app functionality.
The "Odysia" app collects user login data to provide a customized experience for the user.
The "Odysia" app may collect images from the user, to use in drawing competitions. The images are selected by the user, therefore no images are taken without the users consent.

Children’s Privacy
Our apps are mainly for children from the ages of 8 and up.
In general, we do not collect any personal data from children.
The only data collected (except for the "Odysia" app) is crash and device data, through third parties such as Google Play Services, and is required for the app to be available and for it to work properly.

"Odysia"
As stated, the Odysia app does collect certain information (See Purpose of data collection - Odysia)
We do not, knowingly, collect any information that is personal to the child itself.
We require an email address, but advise that a parent or guardian use their email, and in general supervise the use of the app.
We require a username that the child / parent / guarding chooses.
We allow the children to take photos with their device, to submit drawings to competitions in the app. The photos will be securely sent to our servers, and are monitored to not include any people in them.
We only allow drawings to be persisted in our storage, anything else will be deleted.
The competitions and their entries (the images) have a retention period of 2 months, as it is the runtime of a competition.
None of the information, stated in this chapter, is sent to third parties, and is securely kept on our servers.
